Meet Samantha
Samantha is a Chartered Surveyor with more than 20 years’ experience specialising in the healthcare and senior living sectors in the UK and internationally.
Her career includes senior positions at Savills and BNP Paribas, covering senior living, care homes, and private hospitals.
She has personally visited the majority of later-living schemes across the UK, giving her a rare level of market insight.
