Why Freyr
Freyr Living takes its name from the Norse god of peace, prosperity, and growth — a symbol not of power, but of harmony. In Nordic tradition, Freyr represents sunlight after winter, fertile ground, and the quiet confidence that comes from living in balance with nature.
We chose the name intentionally.

Freyr Living was founded by Samantha, a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in healthcare and senior living, both in the UK and internationally. She combines professional expertise with a deep understanding of what makes retirement living exceptional.
